As a Commissioned Notary Public for the state of Pennsylvania our duties include: Screening the signer(s) for their TRUE identity. (Ex: Government issued Driver License or State issued ID Card). Identify his/her willingness to sign without duress or intimidation and their awareness of the contents of the documents and/or transaction.
