Notice: Nagle Notary’s walk-in office hours are Monday - Friday: Noon - 5pm, Saturday: Noon - 4pm and Sunday: Closed. You may occur a Convenience/After Hour Fee for General Notary Work & Title Transfers done outside of normal business hours.

As a Commissioned Notary Public for the state of Pennsylvania our duties include: Screening the signer(s) for their TRUE identity. (Ex: Government issued Driver License or State issued ID Card). Identify his/her willingness to sign without duress or intimidation and their awareness of the contents of the documents and/or transaction.
