Mobile Notary Fee - from $40

There is NO Mobile Notary Fee if you come to our Altoona office. By appointment only. Can do same-day mobile notary call for availability. Fees change by the distance and how many notarizations are needed.

Witnesses - from $20

In Pennsylvania, Mortgage Real Estate documents not only have to be notarized but sometimes requires witnesses. We can provide one or two independent witnesses if needed for any types of documents.

In-Office Fees

Printing Fee: $5 +.50 per page

Faxing Fee: $5 +.50 per page

Scanback Fee: $3 +.25 per page

Travel Fee

00-20 Miles: $40 Tyrone, Roaring Springs

20-30 Miles: $50 Huntingdon, Ebensburg

30-45 Miles: $55 State College, Bedford

45+ Miles: $60+ Call for direct quote

Travel w/ Witness: $20 per witness

Notary Fees

Notary Provided Witness: $10 per witness sign

Administration Fee: $10 per notarial certificate

Anything over 45 miles must be prepaid for. You are able to pay for it pressing the button blow

IDENTIFICATION 

Before each signing, all signers must be identified. All identification cards must be ORIGINAL, current, or issued within the last 4 years, contain a photo, physical description, signature, and serial number. Identification procedures are mandated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of State.

Acceptable Forms of ID:

No ID?

This is a person who does not have and cannot obtain acceptable identification. This most often occurs when a person is an elderly person, a minor child, or a person with a disability. Pennsylvania law provides two additional methods of identification for these situations:

1. The sworn written statement of a credible witness who is personally known to the notary and who personally knows the signer. 

2. The sworn written statement of two credible witnesses whose identities are proven to the notary and who personally know the signer.

 Before Your Notarization

1. DO NOT SIGN the document until you are in the presence of the notary.

2. COMPLETELY FILL IN ALL BLANK SPACES IN DOCUMENT BEFORE NOTARY ARRIVES
BUT DO NOT SIGN! We cannot notarize incomplete documents!

3. If you have questions about how to complete the document, contact the person who drafted or requested the document. A Notary Public is unable to provide legal advice or assistance in the drafting and/or completion of documents. Please do not fill out the notarial certificate as this is for us notary’s to fill out.

4. Every signer must physically appear, be coherent, and present valid proof of identification at the time notarization. 

5. Original documents must be presented for all Copy Certifications. 
Vital records (birth, death, and marriage) cannot be notarized.

6. Know which Notary Certificate you need.
Notaries cannot give advice on which certificate to use.

Real Estate & Mortgage Documents

Notary Loan Signing Services is available at the place of your choosing or our office. Some documents may require one or two witnesses, we can supply our own witness for an additional fee, or if you have your own witness you can use them too.
All jobs can occur an additional travel fee depending on the distance.
