We will not notarize anything that is already signed or dates that needs to be notarized. We can re-print the document(s) for a fee at our office for this occasion.

We CANNOT type up any type of forms for any customers. You must bring the form to us that is already written up by an attorney.

No, we can only notarize English typed documents. Even if you offer a translator we cannot accept that.

We have regular office hours you can stop in any time to get papers notarized. Or we offer 24/7 service that you setup 24 hours ahead of time and we travel to you or meet at office before or after hours

Give us a call 24 hours before you want us to go to any location any notarize any paperwork you have. Sometimes we can head out same day to notarize paperwork.

We go to churches, assisted living, hospitals, hotels, independent living facilities, law offices, nursing homes, customers houses and anywhere else! We normally like to stay in within 75 miles of Altoona, PA 16602. But will travel further for an extra fee.

US Passort issued by US Dept. of State, State-issued drivers license, state-issued identification card, US Military ID or State, County and Local Government IDs.

Credit cards, social security cards, birth or marriage certificates, school or library ID card, temporary drivers license or Photo ID card. There are others give us a call before coming in if you have a question about your ID.

Depending on the state where the papers were drafted as a notary we can be one witness. If two are needed there are extra people in the building we can use as a witness but, each witness is an extra $10 ($25 if traveling) fee.

We accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo and all major credit cards expect Discover. We use a PayPal Zettle card reader which doesn’t allow for Discover cards to be ran.

We are able to accept credit cards for mobile notary jobs.

Any credit cards are an extra 4% ontop of the final bill for the transaction fee.
