This fee is for securing your appointment for a title transfer or mobile notary. We travel all long I-99 since we have two locations one in Altoona and Port Royal Pennsylvania. If you do not show up to your appointment there is no refund given. If you do show up to the appointment this fee goes towards your end bill.
